Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
On Air Parking strives to find you the best parking rates for your trip at major airports from coast to coast. Whether you're on business or vacation, we are here to bring you peace of mind when it comes to parking that suits your needs. At Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), things have changed a bit due to Covid-19, but outstanding parking rates are still available.
Two of LAX's economy lots are closed until further notice. Both Parking Lot C and Economy Lot E are closed and unavailable for parking. All parking provided by the airport proper is located in the Central Terminal Area of LAX. This encompasses Parking Garages 1, 2A, 2B, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Parking in these lots is free for the first 15 minutes and then $5 for the first hour. Every 30 minutes afterward is $4, culminating in a daily rate of $40 a day.
The maximum time for a car allowed to park on-site is 30 days. Any additional parking longer than 30 days must have arrangements made through ABM Parking at 310-646-2911.
Motorcycles do not need a parking ticket to park in these garages. All motorcycles are allowed to drive around the gate arm and park for free in the designated motorcycle parking stalls for a maximum of 30 days. Any motorcycles not parked in the designated areas will be cited and possibly impounded at the owner's expense.
Every parking structure of the Central Terminal Area has designated ADA parking spaces near elevator bays on the departure or arrival levels. All parking rates apply for ADA spaces, and they are first-come, first-serve. All cars parked in these spots must have a disability placard readily displayed or an ADA license plate. Any vehicles parked in these spaces that are not marked will be towed and impounded at the owner's expense.
Unfortunately, there are no reservations online for spots at the Central Terminal Area of LAX; neither can they be prepaid online. All parking spaces are first-come, first-serve. LAX asks that if you have an oversized vehicle, you park at one of the several off-airport area parking lots, which are open-air lots.
While parking at LAX proper can be spendy, Los Angeles thankfully has a few area parking lots handy with lower parking prices overnight. First is WallyPark, less than a mile away from LAX, with daily rates of $22.95 for drive-up or $16.07 with the PARKWALLY code prepaid online. Second is Sunrise LAX Airport Parking, which is quite literally across the street from LAX. Their parking rates start as low as $15.91 per day.
But the lowest parking rate for LAX absolutely cannot be beaten, and that would be The Park at LAX is an astounding $13.95 per day! All three of these off-airport lots have complimentary shuttles, which run 24 hours a day, seven days a week directly to and from the LAX Terminals.
