Orlando International Airport Parking (MCO)

How much does it cost to park at Orlando Airport? It will vary based on the parking lot you choose. Keep in mind, due to COVID-19 restrictions, some parking lots at MCO are closed until further notice.

Parking Garages A and B are open and these garages are the closest parking lots to the Terminals. These parking lots are used for both short-term and long-term parking. There is a grace period for the first 20 minutes you are parked before fees begin to accrue. The cost for parking in one of these garages is $2 for 21-30 minutes, then $1 for every 15 minutes after that, up to a maximum fee of $19 a day. The maximum number of days for parking is 45 days. These garages take cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, SunPass Plus, and E-PASS.

MCO's Terminal is within walking distance of both these garages, and they are patrolled by the Airport Division of the Orlando Police Department. Parking Garages A and B cannot accommodate vehicles taller than 7'0".

Parking Garage A has electric charging bays on Level 2, Row A if you have an electric vehicle. In Parking Garage B, electric charging bays can be found on Level 2, Row P.

Parking Garage C is closed at this time.

North Park Place Economy Lot is also closed until further notice.

If you’re looking for airport parking with a lower price point, MCO's South Park Place Economy Lot is open. This lot has the lowest parking rates of all of the MCO airport parking options.This economy lot parking has a 10-minute grace period, then charges $5 for 11 minutes through 3 hours. After that, this lot's rate is an impressive $9 a day! This lot accepts cash as well as all major credit cards, SunPass Plus, and E-PASS. You are not required to reserve a space in this lot and payment is made upon exit.

The Economy Lot is uncovered, fenced, and patrolled by the Airport Division of the Orlando Police Department.

Free shuttles run to and from the airport, picking up and dropping off at the Terminal A and B sides. These shuttles pick up on Level 1 (Ground Transportation) of the Main Terminal and drop off on Level 3 (Departures).

MCO also has Valet Parking, which costs $9.59 per hour with a maximum of $28.76 per day with a maximum stay of 60 days. Valet takes cash, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover only. Valet is open from 6 am to 11 pm, and all spaces are covered. This parking lot is also patrolled by the Airport Division of the Orlando Police Department.

For Accessible Parking, spaces in the Terminal Parking Garages A and B can be found near the elevator bays on every level. In the South Park Place Economy Lot, all shuttles are accessible for those who need assistance.

Free parking is available at MCO according to Florida law for vehicles displaying a disabled veteran's plate, a State of Florida Toll Exemption Permit, or with any distinctive equipment such as lifts, ramps, or hand or foot controls.

Where to stay in Orlando

The fast and easy option for a hotel in the Orlando area would be the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, located within the MCO Terminal! There is no better option with its luxury rooms and fine dining than the hotel on airport property. This hotel is pet friendly as well, so bring your furry friends!

Another option is the Ramada by Wyndham Suites Orlando Airport. This hotel is 1.7 miles away from MCO with a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. With free breakfast, a gift shop, and laundry facilities, this might be your perfect stay in Orlando.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando International Airport is another excellent choice, at 2.2 miles away from MCO. This hotel also has a free shuttle to and from the MCO Terminals, free breakfast, and free WiFi.

Orlando Fine Dining

Perhaps you're hungry for some good food while you're in town. Where should you go? Thankfully, we have a couple of fine dining suggestions you do not want to miss during your stay. If you're in the mood for some fabulous sushi, look no further than James Beard 2020 Semi-Finalist for Rising Star Chef of the Year, Chef Henry Moso, and his restaurant Kabooki Sushi. This menu includes pork gyoza, spicy tuna sushi rolls, and sake salmon nigiri. There are two locations, one in East Colonial and the other in Sand Lake. You will need to make a reservation for a table, so make sure you do so.

Another fantastic option is the Bull & Bear Steakhouse. This restaurant is located in Orlando's Waldorf Astoria and was voted one of the top 100 restaurants in America by Forbes Magazine. Their menu has food sure to satisfy any picky eater, from mouth-watering filet mignon to lobster bisque and from beef short ribs to maple wood smoked salmon. This restaurant asks for the proper attire while dining at their fine establishments, such as a coat, a tie, and a collar, and requests no shorts, hats, or flip-flops.
