George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Whether planning a business trip or going on vacation, On Air Parking is here to help you find the cheapest and best rates for parking at airports across the country. At Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), we have several options for you to choose from, whether at the terminal or nearby economy lots. Whatever your needs, let On Air Parking do the legwork for you and find that parking rate you've been looking for.

IAH has several parking lots available on airport property, located at Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. Due to these uncertain times for air travel, IAH has conveniently lowered all self-parking in each terminal, for a limited time, to only $10 a day. This is a fixed fee, whether you park for an hour or the whole day, no matter the terminal!

If you prefer valet parking, IAH offers this service in all five terminals for a slightly higher fee. Valet parking is $14 from 0-2 hours or $28 from 2-24 hours. All you need to do to utilize valet parking is to follow the valet signs. If you depart from one terminal yet return to another, valet parking will bring your car straight to you without the inconvenience of walking or taking a shuttle. Valet parking is in a wholly covered parking lot and offers a complimentary copy of USA Today, as well as a free bottle of water. Valet parking accepts cash and all major credit cards.

IAH also offers SurePark, a parking program for members that always guarantees a spot whenever you park at the airport. This program's parking area is in Terminal C on Level 3 in the East Garage. Rates for SurePark are $9 for 0-3 hours, $12 for 3-5 hours, or $26 for 5-24 hours. The SurePark lot is covered with a private entry, and only those with a membership card can take advantage of these amazing benefits. An application fee of $200 is non-refundable; however, there is a refundable $50 deposit for the card. Once you apply for the SurePark card, both fees will be charged to your credit card.

If you're looking for the best value for parking at IAH, look no further than Ecopark and Ecopark 2! Both of these lots are located off-site, and each of these lots offers fast and efficient shuttle services 24/7, both to and from the airport. For Ecopark, located at 16152 John F. Kennedy Blvd., the rates are $4.62 for 0-3 hours (plus tax) and $5.54 for 3-24 hours (plus tax). This lot can accommodate large, oversized vehicles such as campers and trucks with a max height of 11'9".

Ecopark 2, located at 5021 Will Clayton Parkway, is the most terrific deal for parking at IAH by a landslide. For 0-3 hours, you pay only $3.62 (plus tax), and for 3-24 hours, you pay only $5.47 (plus tax)! Since this lot is worth every dime, parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. This lot can also hold oversized vehicles (max height of 11'9"). Get here soon and early to take advantage of this fantastic deal!

Have an electric car? IAH has several Blink chargers to keep your car batteries at full capacity. Every parking lot at IAH has them, whether in the terminals or the Ecoparks; however, you will need a Blink InCard or a smartphone to utilize them. You can find Blink InCards on their website at www.blinknetwork.com. Smartphones can scan a QR code to receive a Blink Guest Code for a free charging session directly from the touch screen.

If you're staying in Houston for a night or several nights, there are quite a few hotels located near IAH for your convenience. The Houston Marriott is the ultimate in ease and accessibility, as it's less than a quarter-mile from the terminal! Hilton's Doubletree is a cheaper option, but this hotel is further away at 2.7 miles from the airport. Competing in price with the Doubletree is the Sheraton North Houston, also 2.7 miles from IAH. For a more reasonable price, the Ramada Houston Intercontinental Airport East might be where you want to stay, at 2.5 miles from IAH. Except for the Houston Marriott, all of these hotels have free parking and free shuttle services to and from IAH. However, all long-term parking must be booked through IAH proper.
